Welcome to Everett United Methodist Church

We want your first visit to be a welcoming and comfortable experience. 

Parking:

Our church does offer handicap parking in front of the church and also on the side of the church near the elevators.

General parking is available in our parking lot located behind the church or street parking.  Our church is also invited on Sundays to park in the Masonic Temple parking lot or Bedford County Beverage parking lot.

Our Sunday Worship Services:

8:30 a.m. Service - a contemporary service featuring our Praise Team and also a message for the children

9:35 a.m. Service - a blended service that features piano accompaniment and songs from our hymnal

10:45 a.m. Service - a traditional service with hymns, piano and organ music

All of our services are held in the sanctuary which is located on the 2nd floor of the church. 

You can reach the sanctuary by entering the front door of the church and using the stairs, or by entering in the side doors and using our elevator.  Please look for signs that will help direct you. You should plan on arriving about 10 minutes early so you can grab a seat.

The service lasts approximately 50 minutes.  Choose a worship service that's convenient for you and your family.   The attendance for each service varies from 50 - 175, so you won't be conspicuous but you will probably be noticed and greeted.  A printed bulletin enables all to join fully in the worship experience and during the 1st and 2nd services a powerpoint presentation is used for words to songs and bible verses.  Our dress ranges from casual to professional.

Please join us for refreshments in fellowship hall after the 8:30 service, before the 9:35 service or before Sunday School.

Sunday School:

Sunday School starts at 9:30 a.m.

Sunday School classes are available for ages 4 - adults.

Nursery:

Our nursery is available for your young children. It's located in the Education wing on the 1st Floor.

Communion Services are held the first Sunday of every other month during each service.  All are welcome to participate in communion, the Methodist church believes that Communion is an Open Table.  You can check our church calendar to see when Communion will be offered.
